Portrait of Surveyor III
Surveyor III bounced twice when it landed and, on the last touchdown,
slide a shortways down hill, as can be seen from the dirt piled up by
the footpad on the left. Surveyor's TV camera is contained in the
upright cyclinder on the left. |
