Join Aerospace Project Manager Ali Guarneros Luna and learn about her pathway to NASA, all her experiences while working for a variety of projects such as the CubeSats that are a class of nanosatellites. She is known by “The doctor CubeSats”. Ali is a senior NASA aerospace engineer supporting the Small Satellite Technology (SST) Program at The Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD), managing Tipping Points program and other small satellites.

STEM Short Activity: Build Your Own Spacecraft
Objective: Student will design and latest and greatest satellite while learning about the main components of it such as the communication device, power source, container, orientation finder and the science instrument.
Duration: 60 minutes
