Professional Biography
Lindsay Stevens is the acting Chief of the Flight Trajectory Dynamics & Controls Branch in the Aviation Systems Division at NASA Ames. In her previous role as the Associate Division Chief of the Aviation Systems Division, she guided staffing, budget, and other division processes, led training efforts, oversaw special projects, and participated in the overall management of the division. She also previously held roles in project management and in human factors technical leadership in air traffic technology projects. In the project management roles, her responsibilities included assisting with budget management, staffing coordination, risk management, and oversight of research activities. As the human factors lead, Lindsay planned and executed numerous air traffic management simulations, led development and implementation of training document and activities, and provided expert feedback into the design of field-deployed technologies. Lindsay obtained a bachelor of science degree in Psychology from Clemson University and a master of science in Human Factors from California State University, Long Beach.
