Professional Biography

Lauren Webster is the Center Lead for the NASA DEVELOP National Program at Ames Research Center. She completed two water resources projects for the program at JPL in 2022 which utilized high resolution remotely sensed data to understand groundwater recharge dynamics in the Memphis Aquifer. She now works with communities and organizations to address environmental and policy concerns through the practical application of NASA Earth science information. She leads the DEVELOP projects at ARC and supervises the 10-week feasibility studies with the goal of bridging the gap between Earth science information and society by helping both participants and partners learn more about using geospatial information.
