Professional Biography
Fay Chinn is the deputy branch chief for the Aerospace Simulation Research & Development Branch at NASA Ames Research Center. Prior to serving as the deputy branch chief, Fay was the facility manager for FutureFlight Central and the Air Traffic Control lab in N210. Before joining Code A, Fay was a part of the business systems branch in the financial organization helping to implement the financial and travel systems. Fay joined NASA as a Booz Allen Hamilton contractor after having previously worked as a senior programmer/business analyst for a provider of electronic design automation (EDA) software and associated services. Fay obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
