STENNISPHERE TO CLOSE FOR HURRICANE IVAN
HANCOCK COUNTY, Miss. – StenniSphere, the visitor center at NASA John C. Stennis Space Center, will close today, Sept. 14, at noon, due to the approach of Hurricane Ivan. The visitor center will remain closed until further notice.
Public tours to StenniSphere, the visitor center at Stennis, that originate from the Launch Pad at the I-10 Welcome Center in Hancock County, will also be suspended at noon today and will resume when conditions permit.
