BBC News (11/5, 1.62M) reports India has launched a PSLV rocket with its Mars Orbiter Mission, which is now in an elliptical orbit around the Earth before beginning its 300-day journey to Mars. Its “final orbital burn” must take place before the end of the month if it is to reach Mars.
