On Nov. 15, 2020, NASA astronauts Mike Hopkins, Victor Glover, and Shannon Walker, and JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) astronaut Soichi Noguchi launched from NASA Kennedy Space Center’s Launch Complex 39A to the International Space Station on the agency’s SpaceX Crew-1 mission – the first operational mission under NASA’s Commercial Crew Program.
