Accessing NEX

If you have an investigation that involves large regional or global extents requiring “big data” (and may also include compute intensive processes) you may take advantage of NEX resources.  

There are two possible cases:

• Request NEX resources in a proposal in response to a NASA solicitation, or
• You already have NASA support for the investigation.

In case 1, describe your intention to use NEX in your proposal.  If your proposal is selected, send a request to NEX to begin using the system.

In case 2, send a request to NEX to begin using the system.
