The Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity plans, directs and administers all Federal Equal Opportunity Programs related to JSC employees, including policies and regulations, community outreach, and diversity management; certain aspects of contractor compliance programs related to JSC contracts; and technical management of minority university research grants to historically black colleges and universities as well as other minority universities.
