Food for Space Panel
Food for Space
From the experience gained during earlier human space flight programs, NASA can now provide food for shuttle astronauts that is not only nutritious, but tastes good, too! They may eat from a standard menu or substitute items to satisfy their own tastes. The selection of foods is designed to supply each crew member with all the recommended daily allowances (RDA) of vitamins and minerals.
