President Park Geun-hye of South Korea operates a robotic arm as Brian Roberts, robotic operations manager at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, describes the operations that take place in the Satellite Servicing Capabilities Office’s lab.
As part of her visit to the United States, President Park visited Goddard on Oct. 14, 2015. The visit offered an opportunity to celebrate past collaborative efforts between the American and South Korean space programs along with presentations on current projects and programs underway at Goddard.
