This week in 1993, the space shuttle Endeavour, mission STS-61, landed at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center following a successful 10-day mission to service the Hubble Space Telescope. Here, astronauts Story Musgrave and Jeffrey Hoffman wrap up the final of five spacewalks to perform a variety of servicing tasks. NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center was responsible for the overall design, development, and construction of the observatory.
