Aboard the MS-23 during the 37-minute relocation maneuver were, NASA astronaut Frank Rubio with Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergey Prokopyev and Dmitri Petelin. Both spacecraft were orbiting 263 miles above eastern Kazakhstan at the time of this photograph.
