Michael Kirk selected Recognition by Center Director as his second NASA@ work award. The Challenge Owner selected Michael’s solution as a winner for the NASA@ work challenge “Seeking Ideas to Bring Open Innovation/Collaboration to the Competitive World of Scientific Research.” Michael was selected as a winner for the challenge because of his well thought out concept of Targeted Science Response Teams.
