NASA’s MQ-9 Ikhana was seen flying over Rogers Dry Lake, Edwards Air Force Base, and NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center in Southern California. Ikhana carried a Raytheon SeaVue radar in its underbelly pod; it was used for maritime surveillance and recognizance.
