A forest of crank-up scaffolding and rebar rises at the construction site of NASA Dryden Flight Research Center’s new Facilities Support Center in this photo taken on June 4, 2012. Erection of the concrete-block exterior walls is progressing rapidly, with construction of the 38,000-square-foot structure’s steel framework to follow shortly. The $11.2 million structure is being built by Comfort and Hays Electric, Inc. of Long Beach, CA, and its subcontractors. Completion is slated for July 2013.June 4, 2012
