I was born in East London, England in Dec 71 (missed most of Apollo!) and I always enjoyed space type things, but it wasn't until I saw Andrew Chaikin's book "A Man On The Moon" in my local bookshop that I really became interested in the US Space program (a bit of a late starter I suppose!).
In June of '99 I finally got to Kennedy Space Centre, and it was the best holiday of my life (even better than all the beer drinking ones!) and I hope to go back as soon as possible to see a launch."
