A TV was mounted on the front of
the Rover and was operated remotely from Houston by Ed Fendell.
It was kept cool by a radiating mirror on the top, which had to be
dusted, usually by the Commander, at every stop. The big dust
brush did a fine job on the TV mirror, on the battery covers, and on
the LCRU mirror, but was much too coarse for the lenses on the TV
and the Hasselblads. A small, soft, fine-bristle brush was used
for
those.
