Meet Your Team!

Donna Foust – Health and Fitness Program Manager

A highly competent and enthusiastic personal trainer and fitness instructor with a proven ability to help people achieve their fitness goals.  Donna is certified in CPR/AED Adult/Child/Infant; Les Mills Body Pump Instructor; Les Mills Sprint; NAFTA Group Exercise Certified and NAFTA Power Cycle Certification.

Itunuade “Mimi” Jagun – Health and Fitness Specialist

Itunu grew up in  Prince George’s County, MD.  She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park receiving a B.S. in Kinesiology. While attending UMD, she worked closely with the Athletics Department in the Sports Nutrition sector for both Men’s Soccer and Women’s Volleyball. Her influence for health and fitness comes from her family, particularly her parents. Since she was young, Itunu has been an avid soccer player and enjoys playing and watching in her free time. Currently, Itunu attends Towson University and is working on her master’s degree.

Membership Fees

​Federal Employee Options

  • $200/year with 1 year commitment (credit card or cash)
  • $20/month (must be autopay electronic funds transfer (EFT))
  • $10/weekly rate (temporary visiting employees payable with cash)
  • $5/month shower/locker access only (autopay) or $60/year (cash or credit card)

Contractor Options

  • $220/year with 1 year commitment (credit card, or cash)
  • $22/month (must be autopay electronic funds transfer (EFT))
  • $10/weekly rate (temporary visiting employees payable with cash)
  • $5/month shower/locker access only (autopay) or $60/year (cash or credit card)

How to Enroll

  • Complete the Aquila Fitness Center application
  • Come to the Fitness Center to complete a blood pressure screening
  • Pick up your access key tag and schedule an optional complimentary fitness orientation
