Lunch Options

We have 3 lunch options available to provide convenience so you can participate fully in the workshop.  

  

The NASA Ames Space Bar 

The NASA Ames Space Bar is located in the same building as the workshop. The Space Bar will be open during the hours of 9am – 6:30pm M-F. Preordering is highly suggested for lunch time. There will be a QR code at the registration desk for your convenience if you prefer to order the day of the workshop. You can also use the following URL to preorder lunch: https://order.toasttab.com/online/nasa-spacebar  

Lunch preorders from the spacebar will be waiting for you at the pick up window of the café. 

  

Specialty’s Bakery and Café  

We also offer a Sandwich/Salad lunch delivery service from Speciality’s bakery café. You will need to pre-order your lunch and it will be delivered and waiting for you at the registration table during lunch time.  

  

Pre-ordering lunch:  

Please follow these instructions for placing your lunch order(s) from specialty’s.    

  

       Make sure Pick-Up location is set to 645 Ellis St., Mt. View, CA   

       Date(s): 03/25/2024, 03/26/2024 and/or 03/27/2024 

       Time: 11:00AM  

  • Order / Pay   
  • Forward Specialty’s email confirmation(s) to  Taryn.A.Kavanagh@nasa.gov no later than Friday, March 21, 12:00pm.  

  

All orders must be placed by noon on Friday, March 21st in order for your specialty’s order to be available for pickup at the registration table at lunch time. Any orders after this deadline will have to be picked up by the workshop attendee.  

  

Food delivery services such as Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc..  

If assistance is required with accepting a delivery, please let someone at the registration desk know. Food delivered before noon will be placed on the registration desk for pick up at lunch time to ensure there are no external workshop disruptions.
