Nationwide Programmatic Agreement

The NASA Nationwide Programmatic Agreement (NPA) for the Management of NASA Assets is being developed under the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) to streamline Section 106 consultation and focus NASA’s limited resources on its most historically significant resources.
