Our expert craftsmen work in close consultation with our engineering and testing teams across our site and can easily machine prototype and production parts for space, industry, and commercial applications. Complex parts and precision components are crafted out of traditional metals, hard conductive metals, and exotic metals like titanium, Hastelloy®, Kovar®, Inconel®, and carbide. Our machinists use highly automated, computer numerically controlled (CNC) milling and turning machines to meet tolerances as tight as ±0.0002 in. (±5 μm) as needed for NASA flight hardware, ground support equipment, and facility and test hardware.
