NASA’s Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) National Campaign team will conduct developmental flight testing with Joby Aviation’s air taxi vehicle at its facility Aug. 30-Sept. 10, 2021.
This is the first time the National Campaign will be flying with an industry partner’s air taxi design, and this marks a major milestone in the effort to advance airspace mobility in the U.S. This work is done alongside the Federal Aviation Administration and industry partners to help integrate air taxis, drones and other inventive new vehicles into the national airspace.
