Jennifer M. Stock

Jennifer M. Stock is the Chief of the Contracting Office at NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center in Edwards, California, where she provides strategic leadership and oversight of Armstrong’s procurement portfolio and dedicated staff. In her former role as the Aeronautics, Exploration Technology, and Information Technology Branch Chief at the NASA Ames Research Center, she led a highly successful team of contracting professionals responsible for 135 active contracts valued over $3.5B.

Ms. Stock has over 30 years of diverse procurement experience. She began her career in government procurement as an active-duty officer of the United States Air Force, serving in the Global Positioning System Joint Program Office. After spending time in private industry, she transitioned to the Department of Homeland Security where she was the Procurement Division Director for the sustainment of US Coast Guard Long Range Enforcer Cutters.

Ms. Stock has a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She holds a Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Level III.
