In-Person Forum

NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, California

September 24-25, 2024

The Forum will offer a dynamic program with activities such as panel discussions, networking opportunities, FCC/NTIA Licensing and Technology Gap Workshops, and many topics to be announced. The NASA Ames Research Center facility tour offered on September 26 is on a “first come, first served” basis.

Poster Session

Would you like to highlight your work/organization at the NASA LEARN In-Person Forum? Submit an abstract to display your poster at the next LEARN In-Person Forum on September 24 and 25 @ NASA Ames. Participation in poster session is not required to attend the Forum.

This is a great way to LEARN from each other. Abstracts are open for:

  • Missions
  • Mission Concepts
  • Technologies
  • Organization Capabilities (services and facilities)

How it works:

  • Submit an abstract by July 19 (https://smallsatlearn.formaloo.me/mqqrzb).
  • Get notified via email by July 31.
  • Submit an electronic copy of the poster by August 30. The poster will be waiting for you at the LEARN Forum.
  • Display poster for the duration of the LEARN Forum.
  • Get notified via email or text if an attendee would like to have a conversation with you. No need to stand next to your poster and miss the forum activities.
