This week in 2006, space shuttle Atlantis, mission STS-115, launched from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center on the 19th flight to the International Space Station. The mission delivered and installed the P3/P4 integrated truss segment on the station. This was the first space station assembly mission after a four-year hiatus.
