Carried atop an orbiter transporter, the Space Shuttle orbiter Atlantis rolls into the transfer aisle of the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) . The "rollover" of the orbiter from the Orbiter Processing Facility to the nearby VAB is one of the prelaunch milestones.
