Mr. Kevin MacNeill currently serves as the Biomedical Research and Environmental Sciences (BRES) Chief within the Human Health and Performance (HH&P) Directorate. The Biomedical Research and Environmental Sciences Division conducts research and performs operational activities related to Human Exploration Spaceflight programs.
Education
Mr. MacNeill holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Past positions include Deputy Chief, Human Adaptation and Countermeasures Division and Chief, Biomedical Research and Countermeasures Projects Branch at the NASA Johnson Space Center.
