Custom Parts and Components
- Fixturing for holding test equipment during testing and custom enclosures are custom fabricated and fitted for Propulsion Systems and Composite Pressure Systems testing and analysis teams.
- Sabots for Hypervelocity Impact testing are manufactured in our shop.
- Work closely with our Component Services team, we fabricate fittings for Composite Pressure Systems, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) seals for oxygen service components, soft goods for Propulsion Systems, and also assist with repair of test articles.
Custom Solutions
- Our team supports the Propulsion test stand infrastructure by fabricating items such as flooring grates, handrails, and support structures.
- Custom enclosures are fabricated and installed for Propulsion Systems and Composite Pressure Systems testing and analysis teams.
- Working with our Environmental personnel, our team developed a custom solution by fabricating a variety of retrieval tools tailored to our site wells for recovering equipment such as cameras, transducers, and pumps which are sometimes lost down wells during routine testing.
Our Machining and Fabrication Team worked with our Environmental personnel to fabricate a wide variety of retrieval tools that are used to fish out expensive well sampling equipment occasionally lost down our wells.
